Sat., July 2, 2022 - Hastings Fire Station Open House was just one of the attractions at the Canada Day celebrations in Hastings yesterday. They firefighters had BBQ hot dogs and drinks. Visitors were able to check out the fire truck and chat with the firefighters.

Hastings Legion Branch 106 held a BBQ

At 4 p.m. the Hastings’ Canada Day Parade: Route took place along Front Street featuring decorated bikes & wagons, old cars and floats and more.
Following the Parade everyone sang O Canada led by Adrianna Hopman at the Gazebo.
Adrianna is a 15 yr old country singer, recording artist and songwriter.

Live entertainment at the Gazebo started at 6 p.m. and the Hastings Legion hosts a dance which began at 8:30 p.m.

The fireworks lit up the sky for the renowned display put together by the firefighters.
