Every year our Interior Designers, Interior Decorators and Decorator Consultants pull out all the stops to create beautiful Christmas displays in each of our stores.

Our History and Legacy

Bennett’s Furniture and Mattresses is a family owned and operated retailer for over 96 years, that sells furniture, mattresses and accessories.

In 1926 A. D. Bennett started our family business based on one fundamental principle. He said, “We are in the customer business. It’s that simple. And the only thing that attracts and keeps good customers is trust – trust in the quality of our products, the reliability of our service and the fairness of our pricing.” Back then many customers were friends and neighbours and you honoured that relationship. And today, even though we have thousands of customers, we always try to treat them in a way that would make our grandfather proud. We believe our history is a reflection of our company’s character, and our employees’ commitment and dedication. For our customers, it’s a way of judging our performance over time, like a stamp of approval.
