…Official Police Report Will be Published Tomorrow Morning

Campbellford - A large police presence was seen in Campbellford earlier today as well as on the outskirts of town and speculation about the reasons for it have appeared on social media.

We witnessed the OPP cruisers down by Kennedy Park at one point then heading out of town towards Stirling at a high rate of speed.

We asked the OPP what was going on and have been told “There will be a release tomorrow AM with the details surrounding the incident.”

The officer also told us that he can confirm, “there was an incident in Campbellford that did involve a suspect apprehension pursuit.”

No other details are available at this time.
